Crossover Symmetry tutorial featuring Sasha Digiulian!

There’s some synchronicity in posting this video tonight. On a day when women all over the world march in solidarity for what they believe, I’m proud to feature an incredibly strong, smart, and powerful young woman named Sasha Digiulian. She’s positive, energetic, and motivated to do big things in life. As Sasha and I work together to keep her healthy and get her ready for the upcoming world championships, warming up before workouts is critical. I love the Crossover Symmetry band system because it activates muscle groups like the rotator cuff and scapular muscles which tend to be dysfunctional when training volume is high.
